And it's not about the children, it's not about the wife.

Something they do might trigger it, but it's not about that.

And that's why getting some help, dealing with it

is most important because you're taking things out

on the people you love the most,

or that's where you're reflecting your frustration.

And it's natural, but it's destructive.
