If you're having increased nightmares,

if you are having trouble sleeping at all,

if you're having problems with relationships,

if you feel unsafe a lot, if you feel like

you can't trust anybody anymore, if you are always on edge,

if you're thinking about the traumatic event

that happened to you a lot, these are all signs that

you may have posttraumatic stress,

and you may be ready for treatment.
