but there is a way to get better,
but you can't do it on your own,
you've got to get help.
I've learned that the hard way.
Again, it wasn't the worst thing
that ever happened to
me, but in some ways,
it's been the most impactful thing.
It's made my life different
than where it would have been.
But the good side, it may
have made me a better person,
because I understand things.
And I can put myself in
other people's shoes more
than I may have if I
hadn't gone through it, so.
You got to just get help,
you got to get treatment
and you're definitely not alone.
We're not alone in this.
