Transcript

You got to start
looking yourself in the mirror

sometimes. Like,
why am I feeling guilty?

Why am I feeling worthless?

You know,

that's something that
your therapist

is going to help
you understand about yourself.

Because, you know,
I came into therapy

with the same exact questions.
You know, I felt guilty.

I felt worthless.
I felt like nothing.

I felt like nothing,
you know? And...

the day my doctor built me

back up into the man
that I am right now, and

it's definitely

I'm not saying it's
going to completely go away

because, you know,
it may still come back.

You know,
you may get those feelings,

but you will know
100% how to cope with it

and you will know how

to move forward
and how to, you know, healthily

in a healthy manner,
how to, you know, release

those feelings, you know,
and how to ground yourself.

And, you know,
it will give you purpose,

you know,

and you won't feel as guilty

and hopeless
and you will feel like

you will have hope
at the end of treatment.

You definitely will.

You will see the light
at the end of the tunnel.
