You owe it to yourself.

Donald Sullivan Jr., Son of a Veteran with PTSD, shares advice for people who may be concerned about PTSD.

Don't do it for your family, don't do it for your friends,

do it for yourself, you owe it to yourself.

It's horrible walking around all day on edge, I know it.

It's terrible, it's no way to live, and if you can take

even 10 percent of that away, that's 10 percent.

Obviously, it's not something that just goes away

talking with somebody once for 45 minutes.

I mean, this is a life-long battle, and it will be.

But it doesn't have to define you,

and you don't have to be a victim to it.

You have the control, and there are people out there

who genuinely, genuinely want to help.
