If I had one last thing to say, it would be that

the hardest thing that you will ever do

is to just walk in through the doors at the VA.

But it's worth it.

And each step you take, getting registered,

finding a group, or talking to a therapist,

it's going to be hit-or-miss.

You might not like the group, you might not like the therapist,

you might have to keep trying, but it's worth it.

And it was the most rewarding thing for me

when I finally found a therapist that worked for me

and then I completed Prolonged Exposure therapy.

And even just getting to the point of starting

Prolonged Exposure therapy was a hard journey

in and of itself, but just do it.

Your world will be so different afterwards.
