In the quest to get better you're going to realize that

it's an ongoing learning process.

I think that's one of the best things about,

I think that's one of the best things about getting therapy,

is that you get to learn about yourself

in ways that you didn't before.

You will come to understand things

that you never knew about yourself,

that may have been there your whole life,

but now you have to deal with them differently

simply because you think differently

because of what you've been through.
