To the African-Americans out there, I would encourage them.

You know, if you think, if you think, that something's wrong

with you, if you think that you brought a piece

of Iraq back home with you in a negative way, go.

Go to the VA.

Because once you get there, you'll find somebody

like me there that's been through it.

They'll understand what you're going through.

That's the value of being in a group therapy, that you come

to the realization that you're not by yourself,

that there's others like you from a very diverse background.

So, hopefully, out of the group, there's at least one

or two other African-Americans there that you could talk to.

And you'll find out, you'll say, "Wow.

OK, I'm not by myself.

Thank you."
