A lot of people do, they distract themselves

with just about anything.

A lot of people will distract themselves with alcohol.

A lot of people get distracted

inadvertently, I think, through medication.

I don't think that you can medicate your way out of PTSD.

It's no different than trying to work your way out of PTSD.

You can't, you can't preoccupy yourself out of PTSD.

Sooner or later, it's going to catch up,

and you're going to have issues, and you better deal with them.
