You can't force anybody to do anything...

The advice I can give you is just look at them,

let them say, if they have something

to say on their mind, say it in complete.

They just want to be heard.

Be patient because, you know what, they need it.

They're going through it, it's hard for them,

they don't need any added stress from their wife,

from their family members, from friends.

Patience.

Another one is they need a hobby.

They can yell, they can fight, they can do

everything and anything to you, but they're releasing it

in the wrong way, which is you,

and you don't want to be the target.

So find them a hobby.

My hobby, or our hobby, that I found for my husband: gym.

He picked up boxing.

He picked up MMA.

He released all that stress that he had from his work

or whatever was bothering him, and he took it out on them

instead of me, and I think that was great.

He didn't bring it home.
