What really happens is that you end up talking

to the psychologist, the counselors and a lot

of that is just conversation,

just talking, talking things out.

You know, having somebody that in a way is a stranger

that you can talk to, you know, that's not family.

You can release some of this anger, some of these issues.

And you do more talking and they usually do more listening

and it's a relief valve.
