You can only worry about yourself. You can't worry about what other people think.

It's hard to give advice to other people

because I'm not in their shoes.

They weren't in mine, I'm not in theirs, but what I can say

is that you can only worry about yourself.

You can't worry about what other people think.

And having PTSD can really put a damper on your life,

and the longer that you wait to get care,

the harder it will be to help yourself.

And it doesn't affect you solely, it affects your family

and your friends and all those who care most about you.

So let the other people talk, let them say

what they have to say, but in the end it's really up to you

as the individual to get the care you need for yourself

and to take care of yourself and be healthy and be well.
