Brothers, Vietnam Veterans, brothers, if you are experiencing

any problems coping with society,

you may have had a good life, or you may have had

a OK life since we got out, but something's triggered,

something's triggered it.

In my particular case it was a loss of a job again.

That trigger, when it triggers you and brings you down,

it's not your fault.

Something in your mind is telling you that you are a failure,

that you're no good, that you are

the worst thing around on Earth.

You're not, you're very valuable, you're very strong.

And what we got to do is we got to find a way to get help.

And the VA and the class I went through, the CBT class,

it helped me.

I can't guarantee it'll help you, but it did help me,

and it helped a lot of my brothers.
