The writing requirements for CPT include homework.
I wish I had known that before I started the program
because I'm not good with homework, but I do like to write.
So, the first thing that they have you do is they say,
"Pick one thing, something that bothers you."
They have you pick this one traumatic incident,
something that keeps you up at night,
and they have you write about it,
and it takes forever, it's so painful to get out.
It's like bleeding on paper.
But then once it's out, they torture you with it.
They make you read it again, and again, and again, and again
until it's not even a story of yours anymore,
until it's old news, until it's not a big deal.
