It actually may take a while for you to notice that.

A lot of times when things happen to us, we try to fix them

on our own, and we try to wait for them to pass

and say, "Oh, this is just something that I'm going through."

So many times it lasts for a little bit of time

before you realize that things are at a point

where you may need to seek treatment for it.

So for example, the example of you not wanting

to do things anymore, you just not being interested

in things anymore.

You may find that you've isolated yourself from

everything and everybody, that you're totally becoming

depressed now, a lot of other things are going on with you

and you just don't feel in control of your life anymore.

And at that point would be a perfect time to enter

treatment, when you feel like you just have lost control.
