You get into the system, definitely get into the system.

If the first PTSD doctor

or whoever you're seeing is not good for you,

you don't think it's working, ask to see another.

Always ask, 'til you find the right one, ask to see another.

Go to the Vet Centers.

Sometimes they're good at the Vet Centers

and sometimes you get

into a group setting that's not good for you.

I did do that, group setting, went twice

and I just didn't care for it.

And that's why I joined Vets4Vets.

It's an outside group away from VA system,

but it's where they can, I do group therapy through them

where it's an act of listening where I just talk and it's

out there on the books.

But definitely, when you're in the VA system you need

to find the right person for you, the fit that you need

to get it off your chest.
