You can still go in for treatment if you're drinking

or if you're using other substances.

That's very common with PTSD.

A lot of people drink or do other things to try

to numb the pain, or help them sleep,

or help them feel better.

Treatment can help you get better and help those symptoms

without having to drink and use drugs.

So definitely, you can still come to treatment.
