Transcript

What we did was, we did some relaxation, some meditations.

We even went back, not so much talking about what happened

in Iraq, I mean, we did talk about that but not a lot

because when I went to counseling come to find out,

I was already suffering from some sort of PTSD because I grew

up in a single family home, was raised by my mother, you know,

never knew my dad, you know, watch my mom beaten

and everything like that, the drugs, the gun,

gangs, yada yada yada.

That's another chapter

but it never really affected me.But my counselor told me it's

like, you know, throwing Iraq on top of that,

now you got a PTSD double layer cake.

All I had to do was blow out the candles

and cut a slice and that was it.
