It took him quite a bit of time,

but you could see the progress over time,

and it definitely, I think, improved his mental health.

It improved his ability to sleep.

It improved his, you know, his loss of temper.

He really had a much better handle on his emotions

over time, and for us, it was an incredibly important

and powerful transition that he made.

It's not a switch that you can flip.

It doesn't, it's not here one day and gone the next.

It is something that has to sort of sort itself out over time,

and you know, we've been fortunate enough

to have my father for all these years, and he's 91,

and he's working hard to keep himself in good health,

and we're working hard to help him keep in good health.

So we are, in fact, reaping the benefits

of the counseling that he's gone through

because I think that his life is more normal

than it could have been without the counseling.
