If you're a Veteran and if any of these symptoms of PTSD

seem to apply to you, take my word for it,

you can get help through the VA.

Now, everybody knows that you're dealing with a

big bureaucracy, and it's sort of a hassle

to ferret out some of these

situations that I've been talking about as far as therapy.

You can't sit and go once a year to the VA and expect help.

You're going to have to dive into a program

and commit yourself to it, that's the biggest issue.

Commit yourself to it and understand that there is hope.

It worked for me.

It's still working for me, and it's a constant,

what am I trying to say, constant program.

It's not something you can take pill for and get cured.

You know, it's going to be with you, in certain degrees,

for the rest of your life, but through this program,

you know, it helps you cope with the symptoms.

Understanding the symptoms, coping with the symptoms

will definitely improve your life and your relationships

with people, especially people that you care about.
