Treatment for me has been nothing short of positive.
I can sleep better.
I'm not jittery.
My physical contact with my kids and my wife is improved.
I'm not shunning them away.
You definitely should reach out if you're feeling
that something is just not right in life.
If it is PTSD, if it isn't, the people are out there
that can give you the help that you might need or the guidance.
And whether it might be medication, just talking,
whatever it is, there's something that's gonna be there
and someone that can guide you in the right direction
and assist you with what's going on in your life.
