I didn't know that there were actual people that,
you know, could actually help him.
I just thought that it was more of a
at home, just kind of learning to adjust type of situation.
He would talk to me, and when he would tell me that there
was some treatment, that when he went, like,
to get a check-up or whatever, they told him about
a treatment for PTSD, he told me that he considered
doing it and going to see a psychiatrist and stuff like that.
I mean, all you can do is support them,
just support the decision that he made on his own.
Knowing that he is the one who wants to do it,
it just kind of made it a lot better.
But I really didn't have any
partake in him going to the treatment.
It was something that I felt
that he had to make the decision for hisself, ultimately.
You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink,
and that's what it boils down to.
