The tools are getting all the information you can about PTSD.

Go online, read the symptoms, look at your Veteran husband,

see if you got the symptoms, then make the recommendation,

"Let's go for help," and then go.

Or if he won't go or she won't go, as a spouse, you go.

And I think, take your children if they are old enough

to understand what's going on.

Because children may be affected more than spouses

because they don't have skill or power to deal.

So they may need more help than the spouse.
