You had these different assignments
that you actually had to go out and do homework.
Then you discussed those assignments.
You talked about how you felt with them, and they gave you
stress points and, I can't think of the one term,
how to handle them.
They made you re-look at what was bothering you,
and then you kind of take yourself out of it
and look at it from a different perspective.
And maybe it wasn't as bad as you perceived it at that time.
My thing with can't trusting anybody,
well they took me out of that and said, "Now, anybody?
That's quite a overall general statement.
I mean, you trust your wife, now, don't you?"
"Yes." "You trust the people in this room, now, don't you?"
"Yes." "So it isn't that you can't trust anybody."
And they gave me the tools
to start looking at things like that.
