There's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Steve Sullivan, Son of a Veteran with PTSD, shares advice for people who may be concerned about PTSD.

For someone who's thinking about going to get treatment

or hasn't gone and gotten treatment,

I would say that there is absolutely no downside to it.

It may be uncomfortable, that may be the only thing.

But there are -- I've met them, there are many people

in many different situations

in every part of the United States

who've maybe not been through the exact same thing

you've been through, but have been through horrible stuff,

have seen horrible stuff, and don't know how to

do anything but just get up in the morning

and try to make it through the day.

And there is a light at the end of the tunnel,

and it does take some work,

but it's better than where you're at now.

I can guarantee that.
