If you're finding it hard to get back into life,

PTSD treatment -- there are 60,000 ways to get better

from PTSD, everything from biking, to joining a club,

to going back to school, to working.

But if those things are tough for you, you might consider

engaging in treatment, in psychotherapy or medication.

And those two things help you get ready for the other

58,998 things that also will get you better from PTSD,

which is getting back to living a life, to connecting

with family, connecting with friends, to going out

to restaurants, to going to movies, to engaging in hobbies,

to getting back to work, to going to school,

to being a father or a mother.

Those things also get you better from PTSD,

and if you're struggling with those things,

it might be an indication

that you should try out some therapy,

try out medication, and see how it goes.
