Generals carry a burden that soldiers don't carry,
and that burden is the guilt of sending men to war.
And they got together in this group, soldiers and generals,
and could share the differences.
And what I discovered in that particular group was
telling the story is one of the most important things
toward healing.
Telling your story -- and of course, I'm a psychologist,
and I believe that that's what we're all about is telling
our story, and I think that relieves a lot of the stress.
And you would think, when these guys gather, that telling
the story of the horrible things over, and over, and over,
and we are with this group about twice a year,
would make it worse, but they all say it makes it better.
