I think the fact that you're looking at this website

suggests that you're kind of thinking about maybe,

possibly getting some help, and I would say

hold on to that feeling, and really take inventory of

what is going well in your life and what isn't going well.

I don't think anyone quite lives the life

that they imagined for themselves, but for some people,

the life they're living right now is really far off

from where they imagined it to be.

So it might be helpful to think about,

where do you want to be, and where are you right now?

And perhaps treatment is one way of helping decrease the gap

between what you're hoping to be like, what you're hoping

your life will be like, and what it is right now.
