- It takes time to do the treatment, regardless of

whether it's medications or it's therapy.

None of these changes do not happen overnight.

The medications for themselves, with the antidepressants,

it can actually take weeks for them to fully set in,

and as I said before, we may not find the right

combination of things right off the bat.

So, stick with it.

Work with your provider, find that right

combination of things that's going to work for you,

because it isn't one size fits all.

You are an individual, and we need to

figure out exactly what works for you.
