Something, I guess, even as simple as

going to the grocery store.

I'm tied up at work, we need something from the store,

her anxiety and agoraphobia is bad enough

that she can't get herself to go to the store.

Or there needs to be an errand that has to get done,

something today, and despite all of her efforts,

she can't find it within herself to do that.

And that's, you know, something that was very routine

through her whole life until she experienced PTSD.

And it definitely makes certain things difficult,

but you learn to deal with that

and work through it and move past it.
