Generally, when Michelle would have a panic attack

it would consist of her, kind of,

starting to feel upset and angry, pacing back and forth,

repeating herself over and over, you know, saying that

she couldn't do things, couldn't handle things.

Oftentimes, she would sit on the floor and cry,

and unfortunately, that would also cause her to lash out at me

if I wasn't comforting her in the way that she

felt that she needed at the time or just

even, sometimes, talking to her when she is in that state,

it's unreasonable.

Then she would start to go into the

"You don't care about me, nobody has ever cared about me"

kind of state of mind, and it was just,

it was really hard to, like, pull her out of it.
