She put me at ease right from the beginning.

I don't know how she did it, I don't remember,

but she put me at ease, and I felt

very good about talking to her.

And she would ask questions and then say,

"Well, how did this happen, and how come that happened?"

And right away I just knew I could talk to her.

And from then on, I felt more at ease with everything,

and I didn't mind talking.
