I have acreage at my horse farm,
and we were walking through the woods,
and, actually, we saw the shell of a bomb
that somebody had painted camouflage,
and obviously they were using it for deer bait.
And it was on the ground, and I went to touch it
and Stacy screamed, "Don't touch it!"
And she just froze, and I turned and I looked at her,
and I actually laughed because I thought it was funny.
And then I thought, "She has seen the real thing."
And it wasn't funny after that.
I just laughed it off because there was nothing I could say.
But she was OK, I mean, she recovers fast.
She goes into herself and realizes that,
"Hey, I'm home, I'm OK."
So we just go from there.
For me, I just felt insensitive
because I should have known.
