One thing that I'd like to share is there's not enough teachings
about self-care.
Self-care is an aspect within healing
that I've learned to utilize everyday.
With self-care, it's first and foremost taking care of yourself
that way you can take care everybody else.
If you start out your day taking care of yourself
or doing something that you love or enjoy, it'll put you
in a more peaceful state of mind
to go throughout the day and be successful.
When you put yourself last and go throughout the day trying
to accomplish everything and please everybody else,
by the end of the day, there is no taking care of yourself.
Anxiety is high.
The hypervigilance is present.
So first and foremost, utilize self-care.
Make sure you put that first before anything in life
and that'll be your way to live life successfully.
