There is something to be said for having someone

who's experienced the same thing that you have

to sit down and talk to, that your children, your wife,

your siblings, your neighbors wouldn't understand.

So if you recognize it in your family member

or you feel it in your heart and you're not doing anything

about it, and you're the Veteran yourself, seek the help.

Don't be so proud.

Just go and find out if you need the help.

If you don't need the help, that's fine,

but if you need the help, they're there for you.
