My advice to

everyone is see yourself as a person of value,

a person worthy of respect,

and it's OK, in fact, not only OK,

but it's great to reach out and say, you know:

Hey, I need help.

Do you think I need help?

Can you help me?

How can we interface

in a context of our relationship,

whatever it may be?

Can you help me reach out to folks who may have

the knowledge or ability

or experience to help me?

Will you come alongside me?

Will you walk this journey with me?

So I want to encourage you to

accept yourself, accept who you are,

the value and respect that you deserve;

the value that you represent as a person,

the respect that you deserve as a person.
