Rely on those folks around you, wife,

parents, significant others.

Those are the best people to go to because they were there

when you left and they were there when you got back,

and they can see the difference between,

especially if you're struggling with trying

to figure out what's going on.

And it's not an ego thing.

Take the first step.

Make a phone call.

Find somebody.
