- I'm here today to tell
you that you're not alone.

That there's thousands of
us out there that served

30 and 40 years ago, and
have just been

stuck in a place

where we couldn't move
from, and it's taken

it's toll on us.

There's assistance out
there now,

and really,

even if you live remotely
from a veterans

affairs facility,

there's Telehealth
available where

you can work

with a counselor wherever
WiFi is available.

And I'd like to recommend
that you consider

that option,

because working with
someone who understands

what I've been through
and living with

has made a whole
difference in the world.

It's allowed me to be on a
path to getting

my joy back,

because that's something
that I really miss.

No one should have to live
without that

feeling of joy.
