Once I was in therapy, I had to figure out how I can make it work for me.

Well I was very hesitant and then once I was actually going

to therapy, I was hesitant all over again.

I was already in the office but I was hesitant to open up.

So just because I was in front of a therapist doesn't mean

that the therapist is getting everything that they need

to know out of me because I would just be there

but I wouldn't tell them exactly everything

that I had gone through.

That was another issue.

Once I was in therapy, I wasn't really getting the most

out of it because, I myself wasn't telling the therapist

everything that I had to tell them, that I should tell them

that was going on with me.

So that was another thing, once I was in therapy I had to figure

out how I can make it work for me, how to open up.
