There's probably more stigma involved with an officer

seeking psychological counseling because officers,

they have bigger egos, I would say.

They tend to think of themselves as above

a lot of the problems that the enlisted men encounter.

The enlisted men that I was in the class with,

most of them had been in hand-to-hand combat,

and so you're up close and personal

with other guys who have problems.

Officers, there were fewer of us, and

I don't know that we didn't need the therapy,

but it helped me, and apparently there's other officers

that have been involved in this therapy program.
