If you're struggling, it's OK to ask for help,

and it's OK to be different than you were.

There isn't one person on this planet who goes through life

without being hurt in some way or struggling with something,

and if this is your thing, if this is the thing that you

need to deal with, then you don't need to deal with it alone.

There are so many different opportunities for Veterans

with posttraumatic stress disorder, medications,

all kinds of different treatments they're working with.

You can talk to people, you can not talk to people.

There's so many things that you can do, and you just need

to keep asking for help until you get the help that you need,

that fits for you, that lets you take back your life.
