There are definitely things that would have caused me

problems years ago that I don't, you know,

I don't seem to have as much difficulty with anymore.

There are still some things that'll

get me very alert very quickly.

We live out in the country, so, you know,

we're blessed to be in a quiet, peaceful little area

where everybody sits on a minimum of their own one-acre lot

and you're surrounded by forest.

And so, you know the cars that come and go.

It's not the kind of neighborhood

where people are just traveling through.

I will still pay attention when I see a car that I don't know.

Maybe it's just being a good neighborhood watch

kind of person, maybe I'm overreacting, I don't know.

I haven't set out in the middle of the night

patrolling the property, armed, recently,

but yeah, it used to happen.
