I don't really meet Veteran
women that are indigenous
'cause they don't even talk
about their service time at all.
You don't even know that they're there.
But as far as the indigenous
community, my tribe,
it's just not open
and it's still, they're trying
to make strides towards it.
Right now, they're forming groups for men.
A lot of men, Veterans
are in those groups.
They're trying to discuss those things
and bring those things
here because they realize
it is a problem that
needs to be dealt with.
And they pushed it off for a long time
and hopefully in the future
they'll start including women
Veterans in those things.
