My name is Bill Talbott, and I served in the Air Force,
Philippines, 1967 to '69, Vietnam, '69 to '70.
I left the Air Force in '71 at a rank of E-4.
I was a Morse Code Intercept Operator, or Military Intelligence,
which is an oxymoron, but I was a Morse Code
Intercept Operator in the service.
And what we did is we were the Silent Sentinels,
that's basically what we were called.
