So the thought process that I had before treatment

was simply that of reaction.

So if I see a carcass on the side of the road,

my mind immediately thinks IED,

for instance.

So after my treatment,

it's, "OK, there's a carcass on the side of the road,

I'm in Vermont and that looks like a deer."
