There are many triggers out there, and it all depends on,
it depends on what you have personally experienced
yourself as you were in theater.
My first sound that triggered me
the first time I had a flashback,
I came from a very small town, a steel mill town actually,
and I was living above this studio.
And there was a tractor trailer going down the road,
and it hit its Jake brake.
And a Jake brake is, it's just an extra brake
that helps you slow the vehicle down, and when it does that
it sounds like a machine gun going off.
When I heard that, it automatically took me back to the
theater, and that's where I experienced my first flashback at.
