My doctor was great at recognizing when I was going downhill and bringing me back up.

Another hard thing is,

you know, talking through

those traumas and, you know,

going through those breakdowns,
those internal,

you know, that grief and,

you know, reliving all of that
trauma of that

those moral injuries
and everything.

But your doctor knows
when to bring you back up.

At least my doctor was
great at just

recognizing
when I was going downhill.

And she was amazing with
bringing me back up, you know,

to where I needed to be
to make sure I was comfortable

talking about my experience
and not just keep going

further down in that hole,
you know, she

she knew that balance of,
you know, okay, we need to

put my foot on the brake
a little bit and just,

you know, make sure,
you know, I'm okay.

And she did it perfectly.
