Whenever I had my first flashback,

my close childhood friend had taken me to the hospital.

And halfway through the trip, it was a very short trip,

but halfway through the trip I looked at him

and I had asked him, I said, "What's going on?"

He had told me that we were going to the hospital, and I had

no clue, I thought we were going to visit a friend of ours,

and I was unaware of any of our friends being in the hospital.

Then that's when he had told me what had happened,

and it took me completely by surprise.

I was embarrassed, I was afraid, I was angry,

but I just let the doctors do what they needed to do.

I wasn't much help because I wasn't aware of what happened.

It had to be explained to me, so you don't always know.

It could happen without you even realizing it.
