Cognitive processing therapy taught me

to write down a situation
or something I'm stuck on

and write it out and
work through the problem

until you get to the
point where you're like,

"Well, this happened,

so what's next?" you know?

"And what are we gonna do?"

You know, it's like,

it writes the problem out
right on your ABC sheet

and then you come to realize over time

that most of the things
that you're stuck on

or that you think are a problem,

a lot of them are really not.
