For the military sexual trauma,

I would say that it's not your fault what happened to you.

And to go get treatment, to go see somebody

who could help you understand.

For overall anybody with PTSD, I strongly believe in counseling,

therapy, even medication can help make your life much better.

You could live a more quality life than in misery [laughs]

of just always being sad and mad and bitter.

Life's too short to, you know, live like that.
